Catharine Dishke Hondzel & Brian Lamb
Liberating Structures (LS) are facilitated group activities that can be used with learners at any age or stage. These seriously fun processes can be used to support engagement, foster collaboration, and spur innovation. Though we frequently use LS approaches with in-person groups, they can also be done online with a few modifications. During this Creativity in the Open Workshop, Brian and Catharine will lead you through a series of structures on topics we can all relate to. By practicing and playing with the structure, participants will learn more about the flexibly and purpose of LS, and have fun thinking about how LS can be used in all sorts of other settings.
